All of my 67 to 111 upgrade panels failed to yield results as well. All I know is that my y67 completed without a hitch just under a month ago, so it shouldn't be a problem with my sample.

Mine failed on one of my three 37-to-67 sets. However, while my results don't show any results for that failed batch of 10 markers, my projects received my raw results and 9 out of the 10 are present and what I expected. So for those who failed, take a look at your projects and some of your results might be there.

Does anybody know how different tranches from the same kit and other kits in the same batch could fail the Y-Refine 67 to 111 and other str tests? And on the same day?
Hopefully this is just an IT glitch and the results will be posted soon. Otherwise, a real and detailed explanation from the FTDNA lab is expected.

I have same situation. Waiting for 67 -> 111 upgrade. And now I have same messages about "This test failed to yield results for your sample. Your sample is being rerun now. Results from this round of testing are expected by this date. Please note that predicted dates are an estimate and subject to lab volume and quality control.". Have not any results yet

All of my 67 to 111 panels have failed to yield results too. It appears to by a problem at the lab and not with the samples. Disappointed! Oh well.

Last section came in this morning for my kit. That's one upgrade complete, one with partial results, and one still with nothing.
