Batch 521.

I have two Y67 to Y111 tests in this batch. One for my father in law and one for myself.

I ordered 2 upgrades last Thursday but they haven't been batched yet. It's holding up another order we want in before the promotion.

Did you just get batched today? I was hoping that a ydna 12 marker kit that I had ordered earlier would be batched today so that I could order an upgrade for it during the sale. Looks like I may be out of luck. I spoke to a customer service representative yesterday who told me kits are usually batched by 5 p.m. on Wednesday so I was really hoping I would get lucky.

We ordered an upgrade late last Wed. (6/12) which hasn't been batch yet. Is the original poster just assuming he'll be in this batch or has it been batched? I noted that he didn't include an estimated completion date.

Well my kit still hasn't been batched, so I guess I will have to wait on the upgrade. My kit was marked as received by the lab on 6/17, so it really should have been batched today. Not sure what the hold up is. I thought that they might let me order the upgrade over the phone, but I was told that was not possible. I really don't understand why as I have a kit id. Seems the upgrade info could just be attached to the kit id.

If I can't spend it now during the sale then I'll wait until the next sale. Hopefully they'll extend the sale or allow those who called in to make the order for the price we tried to get. I'm not too optimistic though.

Well I thought when my kits didn't show up yesterday in my PC they miss out on this batch (06 19 13) but when I got up this morning both my upgrades were in batch 521 .

I recommend calling FTDNA today. They may be willing to work with you. They did me after I explained that a customer service representative told me the kits would be batched by 5 p.m. on Wednesday and that I would still be able to take advantage of the sale.

Very happy with FTDNA customer service despite a few glitches from the past.

I'm happy too. Somehow all my results seem to come in on time or early. Thankfully my two orders from 12 to 25 were batched in this one late last night and we got our 25 to 37 probably in the next one for the sale price.

They probably figure this issue is small potatoes but it's a silly bug. I suppose they'll eventually fix it.
