FF delayed again

I agree with you. I am disappointed with them for not telling us sooner. I was checking back every few hours. The reason for the delay that I was given a few weeks back was that their equipment was down for a while. I had queried if they needed more of my DNA because that is one of the reasons for the delay that was given.

So they knew full well they wouldn't have the results yesterday but as usual can't be bothered to keep people informed before letting them down.

I was told by customer service Friday my results would up "No later than 5/15", this is complete baloney for them to tell me in an email that and then in a couple days postpone it for another month. I will not be recommending FamilyTreeDNA to anyone, and will not be using them any further at this point. From 4-6 weeks to 4-6 months. Unbelievable.

Has anyone actually been able to get a response? I Emailed them on Monday to discuss a refund and haven't had the courtesy of a reply.

Everyone needs to email or call the CEO of the company and it will get fixed fast.

I got mine today, just looking through all the matches. Doesn't look like anything helpful yet.
