    My sample was mailed on Nov. 10th and received by the end of that week.

    OTOH, my father's sample was mailed on Nov. 28th and not received until this week. I'm guessing the holidays really slowed down the processing.

    You don't get a batch number, but that's far too long a wait for your test status to show as "Received" on the Genographic Project's website. Mine showed as officially received the very next day after my postal delivery confirmation showed that it had been delivered. I'd give them a call and find out what is going on.

    You are not alone. I was at 60% for a month and it's been over two weeks at 80%. We'll see. They are certainly taking their time.

    I do not receive emails because I never registered. (That's what I meant by anonymous). I check for results using the participant i.d. assigned to each kit.
