I sent a geno 2 test back. It was received 17th Dec it is still showing as not received. Do geno test get a batch number geno site showing not receivedComment

You don't get a batch number, but that's far too long a wait for your test status to show as "Received" on the Genographic Project's website. Mine showed as officially received the very next day after my postal delivery confirmation showed that it had been delivered.
