Smile 3rd Cousin Match - Sibling or Cousin To My Great-Grandmother

Good Day Everyone,

I have a question to ask. I have a match to BOTH my father and his mother (paternal grandmother) to a person that FTNDA has a suggested range of 2nd to 4th cousin. The suggested match is a 3rd cousin to BOTH my dad and grandmother. This match has the following data:

Matched To Grandmother
Shared cM - 65.13
Longest Block - 42.96

Matched to Father
Shared cM - 62.02
Longest Block - 42.96

I am trying to determine if my grandmother's mother - Addie Ruth Johnson - is a full cousin or half sibling to the ancestor of the person that my dad/grandmother matched to? From my paper trail, the ancestor of the person that was match would be either a sibling or cousin to my great-grandmother Addie Ruth.

Can I determine this from DNA data already known or would I need more information?

Thoughts please.

Thanks
Steve
