No results for CTS7045 and FGC46568

I was placed into CTS5990 but I haven't been tested for CTS7045 and FGC46568.
Did it happened to someone else?

FGC46568 isn't in the G-M201v2 SNP Pack. CTS5990 is upstream from CTS7045 and FGC46568 so it is reasonable to be positive for upstream SNPs but not tested for or negative for downstream SNPs.

If you go to the bottom of https://www.familytreedna.com/my/y-dna-haplotree/ what do you show for the SNPs? Can you copy and paste them here?

Thanks Armando.
That is the question, why FTDNA didn't test for those downstreams SNPs?
I am still not sure which one is my final SNP: CTS5990, CTS7045 or FGC46568

The G-M201v2 SNP Pack does include CTS7045 so you should have been tested for that one. Sometimes you get some of the results before the SNP pack has been tested for all of the included SNPs.

What color is that SNP at https://www.familytreedna.com/my/y-dna-haplotree/ ?

No idea why FGC46568 isn't included. It probably wasn't identified until after the SNP pack was introduced. There is also a limit to how many SNPs can be included in an SNP pack. There are 174 SNPs in the G-M201v2 SNP Pack which is a lot.

Is it possible to request to FTDNA customer service to test me to those SNPs? At least CTS7045 listed in the G pack but not actually tested on my DNA.

You can create a ticket at https://www.familytreedna.com/contact#contactForm and ask them why CTS7045 doesn't have a result and if they will make FGC46568 available as an individual test.
