Angry Notify customers when site is down!!!!!!!!

Please grant us the courtesy of notifying us when your website is going to be down and when and if there is going to be a delay please let us know when it should be back up! Your communication with your customers is horrible!!!

Check this thread, "Down for Maintenance?," for an already-in-progress discussion about the site being down.

I agree that FTDNA should let all customers know about website issues when they know about it ahead of time. This particular outage was planned to take just a few hours overnight to early this morning (Central time), but only project administrators were given notice.

Let's hope Darren will post to the forums about why it's going on so long.
