% Trustworthiness

I have seen tools that compare haplotypes and compute the % chance that two people share a common ancestor within a given # of generations.

But has anyone ever seen a tool that can tell you the % trustworthiness of comparisons performed with a specific marker set up? I mean, I know that 37 markers is more reliable than 25, and that 64 markers is more reliable than 37, etc. But how much more reliable? I would like to put numbers to this.
