Hello Everyone 
So tell me if I am doing this correctly when searching for my Maternal Line.. Can I possibly find a match from my mothers side if we share the same haplogroup ?
I tested on 23andme first and my Group is A2f1 and out of 1061 4th cousin and closer matches.. None are maternal.. no relatives in common, ( I am adopted.. I figured out my paternal side easy enough) but was given a name on my adoption orders of a mother whose family I traced out on ancestry.com and Nothing .. not one name comes up on the tree or in the DNA matches)
Now I did come back as American Indian as well .. I'm just in need of some answers.
