Se moquer d'une personne qui essaie de communiquer dans une langue étrangère n'est pas très fair play. Never mind, même si je passe pour une véritable idiote à vos yeux, je dois l'accepter pour comprendre. "http://www.phylotree.org/ does use RSRS, but additionally you can download an rCRS version to your computer. You have to go through a separate link on the main page." Honeychuck says it's rCRS, you say : it's RSRS ????????? On the link ""http://www.phylotree.org" I was not able to find the rCRS version on the main page. |

After nearly 4 weeks now, I don't wait for a reply.
Pehaps, they are looking only for cousins with the F.F. Thank you for your kindness. |

Google their names. Maybe their family trees are on line someplace.

In this case it is easy to verify, since NC_012920 (= the original CRS sample, known to be haplogroup H2a2a1) is included. Reading the page for the haplogroup H2a2a and its branches http://www.ianlogan.co.uk/sequences_..._sequences.htm tells us that NC_012920 is listed as CRS without any mutations. That confirms the site is using rCRS (nowadays nobody is using the original CRS). Mr. W. |

Je m'excuse. Je suis désolé.

Mr. W. P.S. rCRS sample NC_012920 can be found on the page http://phylotree.org/tree/R0.htm (you may want to use your browser built-in search Ctrl-F). It can be seen there that it is not special in any way, since the tree is using RSRS. You can search for H2a2a1 or rCRS. NC_012920 is only a value in the link to GenBank, so it cannot be searched. |

Merci beaucoup Mr. W for the link.
With this link : http://www.ianlogan.co.uk/discussion/hap_M1.htm If I look at the group M1a1, I never have all the mutations indicated for a specific country. For this link : http://www.ianlogan.co.uk/sequences_..._sequences.htm I do not know how to use this table. It is a colossal, titanic job requiring good glasses to check all the sequences with mine and this for each country (even if I exclude Tanzania and Yemen!) I already have to print this painting piece by piece. Do you have a good idea other? Otherwise, I think I will stay indecisive. It was just a curiosity, a fun but I do not regret the hours spent because I learned a lot but if everyone has a good idea, i take it ![]() J. Honeychuck: I send to you un P.M about my matches. |
