    Family Finder matches not showing

Ever since our family tried to search by a single Surname in the YDNA section, the Family Finder search page now only shows one search result of that surname - a sibling. We once had pages of matches of various surnames and they no longer appear.

How do we restore the Family Finder search page back to the default so it shows all matches of all surnames?

You may have accidentally used a filter. Go to your Family Finder matches. There is a drop down menu, select Show All Matches. It sounds like you may have Immediate Relative selected instead. Or you have a surname typed in the search bar. If so, delete the name and it should fix itself.

Thanks for your advice. It's now showing all relatives and not just immediate ones, thanks to your help.

You are welcome. I was about to say. If that advice had not worked it could be due to settings you altered for your account. If you log into your kit and go to account settings > Match and Email settings, there is a section for FF matches. If you put No for some of those, then some of your matches won't show up.
