You can, though they've hid it pretty well. If you search via google you might find the option.

751 no news

751 Y-37 est. 07/03/2017 - 07/17/2017
751 FF est. 06/19/2017 - 07/03/2017
I'm more concerned about a mtDNA test in batch 745. Two others from that batch came through 10 days and two weeks ago. So I suppose something went wrong and they had to try a repeat.

How do you know an expected date?? I am waiting on two snp packs batched 4/24, batch 743, and there has never been an expected date posted. It just says pending. Does yours actually give an expected date on your "Dashboard"?

I've had several snp tests and Y tests done before and have always had an expected date. Not so this time. It's been six weeks. That's two weeks longer than any of the snp tests before. When I called the customer service rep was very rude and wouldn't answer my questions. He just read from a script and was very unhelpful.

On my account using the chrome browser it is
on mydashboard under the column "Your Account" (on the left hand side), I clicked on "complete order history". Then near the top right under Order History I clicked "check the status of pending tests" and there it was.

Thank you so much. It's been awhile since I've had a test run. It used to have the date in the column with all the other dates.
