Since P305,V168, V238, V241, and V250 are synonymous SNPs for A1, why does my Geno 2.0 result look like as following?
P305- A1 rs72625368 2710154 G->A V168+ A1 rs191505182 17947672 G->A V238- A1 rs186764807 7651556 G->T V241+ A1 rs184836128 7658712 C->T V250+ A1 rs191193873 17645335 A->G Sincerely yours, Gang Liu (Geno 2.0 GPID: NG6UGMMH7C FTDNA Sample #: N122998) |

Thank-you for your email. Just because the SNPs are synonymous does not mean that you tested positive for each individual SNP. It is highly possible that you were a no-call for certain equivalent SNPs. I apologize for the confusion. Have a great day!

No call
No call: Occasionally, a user's data may not allow us to determine his or her genotype confidently at a particular SNP. It is possible that future review will allow us to call the genotype, but until that time, the data does not appear.

"NoCall" value
If a SNP's probe intensity values do not pass the detection filter score (DS) or the RAS scores fall outside the boundaries of the statistical model then the SNP is assigned a "NoCall" value.
