H-Subclades and 519C

I'm thinking about having the mtDNA Refine test done. My HVR1 results are 261T and 519C. Looking at the chart on here , can I assume that if I have 519C, then my possible subclades are: H1, H2, H3, H7, H9, H10, H12, and H13?

16519 mutates very frequently, and is found in all haplogroups, so it gives no information. Given your HVR1 information, you could really be anything. Checking the papers cited in the page that you link, they document your other mutation (16261T) in H*, H1 (the Logvaali paper), H13 and H14 (the Roostalu one) - which doesn't necessarily mean that you belong to one of these.
