Question How to interpret result of brother, paternal half brother, and me

Can someone please check my logic here and see if it makes sense:

I've tested myself, my brother, and my half brother. We all have the same father. Can I assume that when we all three match on a given chromosome and a 4th person matches in the same segment, that the 4th person is on my father's side?

I assume (I hate doing that) that you and your brother have the same mother and you half brother has a different mother. 1) How long is the matching segment? 2) Is it possible that the two women are related?
