FF Matches After Last Week's Downtime?

Maybe it's just me, but I was getting matches almost daily on FF and I haven't seen in new matches since 09JUL.

Has anyone seen new ff matches since FTDNA was down for a day??

Nope, I haven't received any in a week and I usually get about 3-5 per day.

I manage 5 kits, and none of them have had any new matches since July 9, 2017.

I was told by customer service that uploads have been halted as they are working on the pipeline for transfers and recent tests. Don't expect any new matches until mid-week possibly.

I wonder why customer support doesn't let everyone know? Email doesn't cost very much...

I manage 7 kits. No new matches on any of them since July 10th . The FTDNA website was down for the entire day on July 11th due to a "slow migration" . My hunch is that they were able to get the site back up and running but behind the scenes haven't fully fixed whatever caused the site to go down for that long.
