Phased kit matches/lower segments.

I've matched two segments (highest 3.8cM) on each of four kits from the same family group, my sister also has two matching segments on all four kits, highest segment 5.4 and my Dad's phased kit matches one segment on each of the four kits, three segments of 3.7cM and one at 3.8cM . The ancestral family is 17th century, is this a true IBD match?

There are more phased kit matches with another 7 kits that point to earlier branches of the same ancestral family
