I gotta double dose of R1b

We had family members dna tested on my paternal and maternal sides and discovered this pattern:

Paternal grandfather:
R1b>L21>DF13>Z39589>FGC13780

Paternal grandmother's father:
R1b>L21>DF13>FGC11134>CTS4466

Maternal grandfather:
R1b-U106>Z2265>BY30097>Z381>Z301>L48

Maternal grandmother's father:
R1b>L21>DF13>Z39589>DF49>Z2950>M222

Maternal mtdna:
V2c

The father of my maternal grandfather was born 1864 in East Prussia. We think he was Dutch.

Father's side comes from the British Isles is Scottish/Irish mix.

Maternal grandmother's father was Irish from County Tipperary, Ireland

My origins are in NW Europe. Is this common to have so much R1b in your family tree???
