Features Requests & Bug Reports Area This forum is for customers to talk about features they would like to see. It may also be used to report potential website issues and account bugs, though you may get faster service by sending those through the Open a Request feature found in the Customer Service link at the top of the forum page.

Unble to retrieve my Y-STR matches

1) I am not alone, so it's not just 'me'

2) I had ~ 4400STR 12/12 and 11/12 matches, all gone now ?
FTDNA keeps sending me new notices of new matches, none of them I can't see now.

What happens when you try to view your Y12 matches? Or does it just not list any? Perhaps the system is busy and having trouble showing you all your matches. You could refresh the page, try again later, or try another web browser to see if that helps.

I got no answer just 'try again later'. Another customer who has the same issue contacted customer service and was told FTDNA was closed due to bad weather.
True or not as an excuse who knows, i just hope they'll fix it.

If they said they were closed due to bad weather it was TRUE.

I do know they were having freezing rain yesterday. Something Houston is not accustom to. The Texas Highway Department was telling people to stay off of the roads because of black ice.

This morning I can see my STR values and my Y matches. I didn't have a problem accessing the FTDNA website yesterday.
