    Can't Download Raw Data

I'm trying to download my raw data to upload to GedMatch and other places, but when I click on the different downloads they all say Error and I get a broken link. Anybody knows what's going on? Also, which download should I choose to upload my data to gedmatch and other places as such? There's a total of six download options. I took the autosomal / family finder test.

    Thanks

If your test was just completed, you have to wait a day or two before Raw Data is available to be downloaded.

For Gedmatch, you use either concatenated file.
Concatenated files contain both Autosomal Raw Data and X Raw Data

Thanks, does 36 or 37 make a difference?

        For Gedmatch, either build works
Gedmatch uses Build 36 positions, will convert Build 37 on upload

Gedmatch Genesis uses Build 37 positions, will convert Build 36 on upload

              I have that same problem.
We entered the sixth day, still making the same mistake.
A friend of mine waited for ten days for this.
This was not the way it used to be.. I remember downloading raw data in a day.

10 days? Jesus... i don't understand why, they already have the date why it takes so long to provide a file to download?
I like FTDNA, but uploading the data to gedmatch is a necessity

                  Can't download raw data either

Tests are complete but I can't download raw data. Keep getting the following message. Anyone else??

"The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found. Please click this button to report the error:"

I've always had that message if I've immediately tried to download. Most likely it means it's just not ready yet.

                      Me, unfortunately.
The same mistake since seven days. It still has not improved.

                        Same error: 404

I'm getting the same 404 not found error. I don't understand how the file can be unavailable when the matches have been provided - they need the data themselves to be able to do the matches!

                        I've reported the error.

I'm a gap admin. I get the same result for many but not all
of my participants, both old and new. Its getting worse.

In fact, the response of all commands is getting much worse, both gap page ones and ones on my own personal web pages.
Some Family Finder pages never generate a response at all, not even an error message. Others, or those failing ones at other times, work just fine.
