Desired Enhancements to FTDNA Website

When someone logs in to see who he has matches with, the "Y-DNA Matches" display only gives the matching persons' names and number of markers tested. For those of us Group Administrators that have a lot of participants it would be helpful if the matchees' kit numbers were also shown. Can this be done? It would also be helpful if there was a way to find a kit number by searching on an email address.

Z-DNA

I am asking how Z-DNA programs can alter Y-DNA results?

I hope that it should not be a problem for kits that administrator has access to. And these happen to be the ones she or he cares the most.

You shouldn't post this in the middle of some else's thread. As suggested when you did this in another thread, you need to start your own thread, provide additional information and only put your request in one place.

Showing the Kit Numbers to the Group Administer for those in the Group is one thing - if you also mean showing Kit Numbers for those not in the Group, think that would definitely be unacceptable. Also - not clear where you are looking that you only see names and number of markers tested - not YDNA Matches from a person's Kit-that gives Genetic Distance, Terminal SNP, Match Date, etc.; Could you clarify, please?

As to finding a kit number by searching on an email address - again, absolutely not if the person is not in your Group. If the person is in your group, can't you already do that - for instance - If you choose "Member Information" report you can just search on the e-mail address -- or if too many to do on-screen, then use "Export Spreadsheet" and search there by the e-mail?
