Seems like you've hit pay dirt in your quest to discover you heritage, which is great. Not everyone will respond, so take that with a grain of salt.

The only thing I would add here is that I would be leery of Trees that have 3,000 and 10,000 people, respectively. Not saying this is "for certain" in your case here, but those sound a lot like Trees from people who copy and paste from others' Trees, and without proper documentation. Point being, don't believe everything you see. There are a lot of lazy "genealogists" out there.
