    sorting by mtDNA Haplogroup

    With the old format, you could sort by mtDNA Haplogroup. Can you still do it? If so, I don't see how and I would appreciate any help with that.

    Thanks,

        When you go to your "advanced matches" list you still can sort for mtDNA or YDNA in your FF-finder results.

            Actually you are supposed to be able to sort by mtDNA or Y.

            Its in your Sort Box, next to the Filter Box (Show All Matches etc).

            But for me, the Sort Box is a phantom. On random occasions, it appears for a brief time before vanishing.

            From the Help Pages, these are the Sorts that are supposed to be available. I believe they are the same as before. See the last one...

            ~~~
            The following Sort By options are available:
            Name – Sorts your matches alphabetically by last name (A – Z).
            Match Date – Sorts your matches by match date.
            Relationship Range – Sorts your matches by relationship range.
            Shared cM – Sorts your matches by the sum of shared autosomal DNA measured in centiMorgans (cM).
            Longest Block – Sorts your matches by the longest segment of shared autosomal DNA.
            Y-DNA Haplogroup – Sorts your matches by Y-DNA Haplogroup.
            mtDNA Haplogroup – Sorts your matches by mtDNA Haplogroup.
              Sort by mtdna haplogroup is NOT available contrary to advice in Learning Centre
              There is no option to sort by mtDNA haplogroup in Family Finder.
              It is mighty unhelpful not to have this option.
              Even more unhelpful is a Learning Centre that says it can be done
              Ftdna please fix.
                The Help Screen still says you can sort by Y or mtDNA.
                Identical to what I wrote last July 2016. Although I never see the Phantom Sort box anymore.
                If you cant fix the omission, you could at least update the Help page.
