DNA results show me as "ungrouped"

Hello there,

I want to know, why on DNA results in all Y-Projects, I'm still assigned as "ungrouped" even though I took the BIG Y analysis and last week my results were finally reported and showed me as R-FGC21124, so I think I should be at least be part as R1B; is this normal? and takes some time to be automatically updated by the system ?

saludos and thanks in advance

Because the project admin hasn't assigned you to a group yet. You need to contact the admin to find out why.
