67 str Marker Match between L21 and U152 L20 and SNP Analysis

I am kit 559354 and I have a 67 str match with Kit 284099 in the Hill Project, but 284099 is L-21, and I am U152, L20. I corresponded with the administrator for kit 284099 and he said that such a match is unique and rare and that a SNP analysis had to be done to determine common ancestor relationship; so I went ahead and did a SNP analysis and the results are attached.

I was wondering if people could look at the analysis and come to a conclusion; I lack the expertise.

Also in the below is correspondence that had been sent to a Project Administrator about a SNP analysis with a Living Cimbri Tribe Member and I was wondering if and how that tied into the Hill analysis time wise – evolution of haplogroups (the SNP's are also attached). The common ancestor with the Cimbri Tribe Member was estimated 3300-1700 ybp (we disproved an Older Scientific Journal that had written that there were no similarities between Dane Cimbri and Living Cimbri in the Alps).

"I have +225 SNP’s (see attached SNP’s Richard Todd Hunter Kit 559354 (“RTH”)).
Of these +225 SNP’s, +209 are the same as Cimbri Man (Cimbri has a total +232) (see attached RTH, yellow highlighted are the SNP’s I match with Cimbri Man).
Cimbri Man does not have 21 SNP’s that I am positive for and these are my positive SNP’s that Cimbri Man does not have:
L11
L2
L20
L482
L502
L51
L52
P295
P310
P311
P312
PF2643

S23981
U152
YSC0000082+
YSC0000191+
Z367+
Z383+
Z384+
(see attached RTH, highlighted turquoise are my positive SNP’s that Cimbro Man does not have).

I do not have 23 SNP’s that Cimbri Man is positive for and those positive Cimbri Man SNP’s are:
BY 593
CTS 1450
CTS 7822
CTS 9219
M 12149
PH 2147
PH2302
PH2789
PH 3362
PH4505
PH 4996
PH 5142
PH 963
S12460
Y11810
Y5587
Y5590
Y5591
Y5592
Y5593
Y5594
Z2106
Z2108
(see attached Cimbri Tribe, green highlighted are those positive SNP’s of Cimbri Man that I do not match).

-23 (Cimbri Man that I do not have)
-21 (of Mine that Cimbri Man does not have)
2 (is the difference)

I noticed that Cimbri Man had P316 (PF2696) but I read that if a person is R1b (which I presume Cimbri Man is), then it is irrelevant)."
