Just bought 12 marker test, thinking of upgrading to 37 marker test, have concerns.

So I heard from some of you the 12 marker test will not define me more than 23andme has already done. 23andme put me at R1b-L11 will the 37 marker test get me more downstream than that? If I upgrade will it just convert over, meaning it wont test 12 first it will go straight to 37?

Can someone provide and example haplogroup that a 37 marker test will look like?
