Two groupings of X matches, what does it mean?

I manage my daughter in laws kits and have noticed a pattern emerge over time. The X matches are bunched into two groups, one is about 95,000,000 to about 115,000,000 and the other is about 145,000,000 to around 155,000,000. Pretty much all her X matches fall into one of these two groups. It seems the mid range group is Japanese and Korean and the upper group is Some Japanese and a lot of Chinese. This group is probably 30 people plus people. The smaller one maybe 15. Also the largest segment is about 25-ish cM. I am wondering what this may point too?
Thanks Alan
