Unhappy Problem with MyOrigins

I can't get to see anything in the Shared Origins tab - all I see is "Loading ..."

Does anyone else have this problem?

(Firefox and Chrome)

Had a bit of a problem this morning with "loading" so I clicked over to ancestral history and then back to the matches and they loaded.

Had a reply from Support:

"Thanks for contacting us. We've had several customers report a similar issues with the myOrigins page not loading "Shared Origins". Most have reported that the Shared Origins list does eventually load if they just keep the window open long enough. However, we are investigating this issue to determine why that portion of the site is loading so slowly."

I've had one success in about 20 attempts, so it can work if it wants to.

Shared Origins Loading...

I have the same problem. I can see the map and ethnic makeup in My Origins, but the matches won't load. I tried Firefox and Opera, I turned off several add-ons and removed FTDNA cookies but this doesn't make a difference.

It's still not working for me, but "Matches" does load: https://www.familytreedna.com/my/default.aspx Did you try that?

my "shared origins" is not working either. it just says "loading". Waited an hour yesterday and finally gave up. Same again today

I reported the Shared Origins not loading earlier today. I will try and let you know if I get any updates on this.
