Error when downloading raw data

My 1C2R's results just came in tonight, and I'm getting an XML error when I try to download his raw data to upload to GEDmatch. Is this normal when trying to download shortly after results have come in? Should I just wait and try again in the morning, or is this really a bad error that needs attention to be fixed?

I have seen this before. If you would like to private message me your kit number and a contact email address I will report this to the engineering team. I do not have a time frame for a correction though. I am sorry for this inconvenience.

Hi Darren,
I just saw your reply now. This issue was fixed by the next morning, and I was able to upload to GEDmatch just fine.

I am glad it ended up working. I still have a least one kit that this has not been corrected. So for anyone still experiencing this is still being worked on. I am hoping it is a system wide correction that is just taking a while to fully process. I will post if I hear anything official.
