New FTDNA Video on Benefits of DNA Testing

I just watched a new, nearly 30-minute video by FTDNA on the benefits of DNA testing. This is just the kind of thing we need to convince more people to get tested. Watch it and then share the link with others. http://bit.ly/NTXNDb

Getting people to test is great, but get them to work on a family tree before they test is even better.

Over at Ancestry I have thousands of matches with no tree, so I've been spending my time going through the matches, and filing them in the trash can section. That way I don't have to keep stumbling over them trying to sort out those few matches that I have a hope of making a connection to.

Getting people to reply to emails would be quite beneficial as well! It's one of my current bugbears that out of about 30 emails, maybe 3 reply. Why test if you have no interest in the result?

Seems like a lot of people are more interested in what the TV commercials advertise, the ethnic breakdown.

New FTDNA Video on Benefits of DNA Testing

This is interesting to show people who don't know about DNA testing. I just wish that there was a much shorter version available, like 5 minutes.

DNS testing is beneficial

DNA testing is beneficial when it comes to health benefits, social connections, fear of genetic discrimination etc. I have been highly satisfied by the *Link removed* dna testing services.
