SNP Certificate change after Big Y update

I downloaded my FTDNA SNP certificate and noticed the list of positive SNP's is somewhat different from the certificate I downloaded in March of this year.

Could this be a result of the recent Big Y update or are the SNP's randomly selected for the certificate. My terminal Haplogroup is unchanged.

Just curious...
