Exclamation Stuck?

*if this is in the wrong area, feel free to move*
On my "mtDNA - Ancestral Origins* page (I just got an e-mail about it today, March 30), it seems forever stuck trying to load "Please wait while we check for your HVR1 and HVR2 matches..." loop. The rest of the page loads, but that doesn't load. It's been 10+ minutes.

Is it just super slow? My Haploid group is "J1c-C16261T".

On Windows, such situation always happens if one is using an old version of Firefox, Internet Explorer or Chrome browsers.

A current version of either Firefox or Chrome is required.

I have no idea about Windows 8, but Internet Explorer from Windows 7 would not work, while on Windows 10 either Edge or Internet Explorer can be used.

I'm using a Chromebook and Chrome to acess the results. I can try it on my boyfriend Windows 10 desktop using Chrome to see if that makes a difference

On Windows 10, if Chrome fails, I recommend trying Edge. Not because I prefer it, but because Microsoft makes sure that it is getting updated.
