How do I change the name that is listed? Want to update name due to new information

Are you wanting to change Ancestral Surnames, or the name on the Kit?

If the latter - log in to your Kit, click on "Manage Personal Information" (in column on the left under Your Account.
Then click on Personal Profile
Then click Edit Contact Information

As long as it is just display name follow advice above. If it requires a change of gender of kit as well you have to contact Ftdna directly by phoning or using their open a request form
