Do you know if that kit has taken the Big Y or did they just do a SNP test? If they did a SNP test, no idea if that SNP is available for testing on its own, then he won't show up in the Big Y match...

What is even stranger is the fact that MyHeritage DNA kits are processed by the FTDNA lab. Maybe MyHeritage asked for specific SNPs to be included that FTDNA does not test for one their own orders.

The Geno tests are not as good as the FTDNA tests. I still find it odd people take it when they know about FTDNA. But yes, people should be informed about the Helix run Geno tests.
