Will not convert to MyGroups

I have tried numerous times to convert classic webpage to MyGroups format. I either get a "uh oh Huston" error page or it logs me out of my GAP dashboard. Any thoughts?

I was looking through mtDNA matces for my father and the last match, sorted by Haplogroup was U5a1a1-T152C! I find that to be very odd, and would welcome any comments or potential explanations.
